Three educators meet this week at Hubert Bancroft School to launch a new University of California Extension class program for the Long Beach and Lakewood districts. They are Harold L. Tallman of the Extension science and mathematics department, who will teach; Carl Ehmann, principal of Hubert Bancroft School, which becomes evening headquarters for University Extension and Dr. Richard N.
